HOUSE MANAGEMENT • REAL-TIME OPERATIONS

Daily Operations

Monitor today's coverage, awake shifts, incidents, shift notes, staffing gaps, and residential operational risks.

HIPAA, residential privacy, and proprietary workflow notice

House Management may display PHI, residential addresses, staffing assignments, medication-related readiness, behavior-support information, compliance findings, and operational alerts. Screenshots in this public guide use redacted or demonstration information. Certain residential controls, validation rules, staffing logic, corrective-action workflows, security controls, and Provider configuration are intentionally summarized and are trained directly for authorized Provider customers.

Regulatory scope

This documentation describes a True Care System workflow designed to support Pennsylvania Chapter 6400-style residential operations. It is not legal advice and does not replace the Provider's responsibility to follow current licensing requirements, individual plans, payer rules, fire-safety requirements, staffing plans, medication requirements, and any state-specific standards that apply to each home.

Purpose

Daily Operations is the real-time residential command view for the selected date and house. It brings together today's shifts, awake monitoring, on-duty staff, intensive residents, open incidents, unstaffed shifts, shift notes, and operational watchlist indicators.

  • Upcoming, not-started, in-progress, completed, incomplete, and cancelled shifts.
  • Shifts missing notes or backup notes.

Shift Notes and Behavior Support

The page can show recent shift notes and notable behavior-support updates from live operations. Access is role-based because these records may contain PHI, safety information, and service-plan details.
