HIPAA, residential privacy, and proprietary workflow notice

House Management may display PHI, residential addresses, staffing assignments, medication-related readiness, behavior-support information, compliance findings, and operational alerts. Screenshots in this public guide use redacted or demonstration information. Certain residential controls, validation rules, staffing logic, corrective-action workflows, security controls, and Provider configuration are intentionally summarized and are trained directly for authorized Provider customers.

Regulatory scope

This documentation describes a True Care System workflow designed to support Pennsylvania Chapter 6400-style residential operations. It is not legal advice and does not replace the Provider's responsibility to follow current licensing requirements, individual plans, payer rules, fire-safety requirements, staffing plans, medication requirements, and any state-specific standards that apply to each home.

Purpose

The Staffing workspace evaluates whether the selected home has the right employees, qualifications, and coverage intensity to support its residents safely across 24-hour operations.

Coverage Indicators

Assigned Staff, On Duty Now, 2+ DSP Shifts, Behavior Specialists, medication-certified staff, and Training Overdue provide a high-level readiness view. The roster can show employee role, primary assignment, today's shift, training, medication certification, and CPR status.

Coverage and Intensity

The workspace can present the current house ratio, high-need shift coverage, medication-capable coverage, behavior-specialist access, and weekend backup depth. These indicators support planning but do not replace the Provider's required staffing analysis, supervision plan, emergency coverage plan, or state-specific staffing obligations.
