Purpose
Payroll AI assists authorized payroll and HR staff in reviewing time, rates, overtime, mileage, and payroll exceptions. It does not replace configured payroll rules, employment agreements, or required approval.

Payroll Intelligence
Identifies incomplete check-in/check-out records and unresolved office time.
Flags overlapping office and DSP work or duplicate entries across work sources.
Highlights weekly hours that may trigger configured overtime treatment.
Compares the applicable employee rate, training rate, and mileage reimbursement configuration.
Surfaces unusual or incomplete mileage entries for review.
Helps identify repeated corrections, exceptional hours, or unusual variance across periods.
Approval Boundary
Final hours, rates, deductions, taxes, and payments are approved by authorized staff.
AI does not determine worker classification, wage law compliance, or tax liability.
Recommendations depend on the Provider’s configured rules and available data.
Security and HIPAA Expectations
Users may access only the records and functions permitted by their assigned role and Provider scope.
Only information reasonably required for the approved operational purpose should be processed.
Authorized personnel remain responsible for validating recommendations and approving final actions.
Material AI-assisted activity should remain attributable, reviewable, and connected to the source workflow.
