Presents guidance appropriate to DSP, supervisor, office, billing, payroll, HR, compliance, or administrative roles.

Interactive explanations

Explains workflows step by step using approved documentation.

Knowledge checks

Generates review questions and practice scenarios from authorized training content.

Onboarding support

Guides new users through account security, navigation, responsibilities, and escalation paths.

Policy assistance

Helps staff locate the applicable policy without replacing formal training or attestation.

Performance support

Provides just-in-time reminders for complex or infrequent workflows.

Training responses should be grounded in current Provider-approved documentation.

AI interaction alone does not prove competency or replace required training records.
