Purpose

Motivation Assessment Scale supports structured MAS scoring across attention, escape, tangible, and automatic behavior functions.

Official Provider customers receive direct role-specific training from the True Care System team for licensed or otherwise authorized BSS professionals, supervisors, and administrators.

2. Complete the MAS items using authorized clinical judgment.

3. Review category totals and patterns.

4. Save, review, and incorporate results into the broader FBA process.

Clinical interpretation, risk decisions, assessment conclusions, recommendations, approvals, signatures, and crisis-related actions must be completed only by personnel acting within their credentials, assigned role, Provider policy, and applicable law.
