QA Workflow
Defines how True Care System verifies functionality, regression safety, privacy, security, and Provider isolation before release.
Company Playbook guidance supports controlled healthcare-software operations. It does not replace applicable law, Provider policy, contractual requirements, professional judgment, or formal legal and compliance review.
Purpose
Defines how True Care System verifies functionality, regression safety, privacy, security, and Provider isolation before release.
Core Requirements
Test Against Requirements
Each test must map to a defined expected result, role, Provider, data condition, and environment.
Regression Protection
Previously working workflows must be retested when shared services, authentication, provider scoping, or database logic changes.
Multi-Tenant Testing
QA must test at least two Providers to detect cross-tenant data exposure, alerts, reports, or background job leakage.
HIPAA and Security Testing
Sensitive modules require role validation, audit confirmation, minimum-necessary review, and secure error behavior.
Evidence
Capture test results, screenshots, identifiers, timestamps, and defects so release decisions remain traceable.
