Treatment Record supports monthly treatment tracking and completion of the Nursing Monthly Summary.
Medication information contains highly sensitive protected health information and must be handled under the Provider's HIPAA policies, role-based access rules, minimum necessary standard, and applicable clinical requirements.
To protect medication safety procedures and the proprietary workflow of True Care System, selected advanced functions are intentionally not published in full. Official Provider customers receive direct, role-based training from the True Care System team for licensed nurses and other personnel who are formally authorized by the Provider to manage or administer medications.

Monthly Completion Flow
- Select the Individual and month. Confirm demographic and payer information.
- Review active treatments. Confirm the correct categories and physician orders.
- Complete daily documentation. Record services or treatments under approved procedures.
- Complete the monthly summary. Review condition changes, PRN services, and plan-of-care updates.
- Sign and export. Complete authorized signature and export when required.
Direct Training Scope
Provider training covers treatment-code interpretation, documentation frequency, monthly reconciliation, nursing judgment, signature controls, corrections, exports, and audit preparation.
