Purpose
Session Security helps Provider administrators and compliance personnel understand how authenticated access occurred. Login History records may include date and time, user, email, role, Provider, IP address, location, device, browser, and outcome.
Login History Filters
| Filter | Use |
|---|---|
| Keyword | Search user, email, IP address, device, browser, or session-related values. |
| Date From / Date To | Limit review to the relevant investigation or audit period. |
| Status | Isolate successful, failed, or blocked authentication activity. |
| Device | Focus on desktop, mobile, or other recorded device categories. |
| Export | Create an authorized review file according to Provider policy. |
Review Indicators
- Repeated failures for one user or IP address.
- Access from an unfamiliar device, browser, or location.
- Login activity outside expected work patterns.
- Successful access after a series of failures.
