AI features are designed as assistive tools for authorized users. They do not replace required human review, professional judgment, Provider policy, or applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Public screenshots and examples must use redacted or demonstration information.
Purpose
Scheduling AI supports office and supervisory staff by identifying staffing risks before a shift begins. It is designed to improve coverage while protecting employee availability, authorization limits, service requirements, and Provider policies.

Scheduling Intelligence
Suggests qualified and available staff based on role, service, location, schedule, and Provider scope.
Identifies overlapping assignments, insufficient travel time, duplicate hours, and conflicting work locations.
Highlights assignments that may create weekly overtime or policy exceptions.
Ranks eligible staff for open or backup shifts without automatically assigning them.
Surfaces future staffing gaps, recurring shortages, and high-risk time periods.
May prioritize familiar or previously assigned DSPs where allowed by policy and availability.
Required Human Review
Authorized staff confirm credentials, service qualifications, and training.
The office or supervisor remains responsible for publishing or changing the schedule.
Notifications and claims follow the approved True Care System workflow.
Security and HIPAA Expectations
Users may access only the records and functions permitted by their assigned role and Provider scope.
Only information reasonably required for the approved operational purpose should be processed.
Authorized personnel remain responsible for validating recommendations and approving final actions.
Material AI-assisted activity should remain attributable, reviewable, and connected to the source workflow.
