BSS Individual Cases
Purpose
BSS Individual Cases maintains the Provider-specific caseload of Individuals receiving behavioral support services.
HIPAA and Proprietary Workflow Notice
BSS information may contain protected behavioral, clinical, safety, family, service, and billing information. Access must follow the Provider's HIPAA policies, role-based permissions, and minimum necessary standard.
Selected advanced workflow rules, assessment logic, supervision procedures, correction paths, and billing controls are intentionally not published in full. Official Provider customers receive direct training from the True Care System team for authorized BSS professionals, supervisors, and administrators.

Case List Columns
| Column | Use |

| Case Number | Provider-specific identifier for the BSS case. |
| Individual | Identifies the person receiving BSS services. |
| Level and Dates | Shows BSS level, case start date, end date, and review timing. |
| Status | Indicates whether the BSS case is active, pending, approved, or inactive. |
| Actions | Opens the case, edits approved case information, or performs authorized case maintenance. |
Case Management Guidance
- Add only Individuals who are approved to receive BSS services.
- Verify the correct Provider and Individual before creating a case.
- Use inactive status instead of deleting a case that already has assessments, services, or reports.
- Maintain review dates and assigned personnel according to Provider policy.
