Core Requirements
Role-Based Training
Training must match the user’s assigned role and approved responsibilities.
Privacy and Security
Users must understand PHI handling, password security, device safety, minimum-necessary access, and incident reporting.
Workflow Competency
Users should demonstrate the actual workflows they are authorized to perform.
Mobile and EVV
DSP users require training on mobile login, schedules, GPS-based check-in/out, documentation, alerts, and exception handling.
Ongoing Training
Refresh training after major releases, policy changes, role changes, incidents, or identified performance gaps.
