Core Requirements
Provider Identity
Configure legal name, DBA, identifiers, contacts, licensing data, service counties, timezone, and report branding.
Organizational Setup
Create branches, locations, departments, users, roles, and operational defaults.
Program Configuration
Configure services, service codes, rates, authorizations, payroll settings, billing, EVV, and Sandata settings where applicable.
Security and HIPAA
Assign minimum-necessary roles, verify audit logging, confirm privacy contacts, and train authorized users.
Go-Live Readiness
Validate data, workflows, mobile access, integrations, reporting, support contacts, and contingency plans.
