Operating Model

The Company Playbook creates one approved operating model for engineering, QA, support, security, compliance, documentation, Provider onboarding, and employee training.

Production Stability

All work must protect currently functioning behavior. Changes should be limited, reversible, testable, and reviewed before production use.

Provider Isolation

Every record, workflow, support session, report, export, and background job must remain scoped to the correct Provider.

HIPAA-Aligned Operations

Workforce access, PHI handling, minimum-necessary review, audit history, and support access must follow approved privacy and security controls.

Lifecycle Discipline

Requirements, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, support, and post-release review are treated as one connected lifecycle.
