Manager KPI
Evaluate manager performance across the approved Balanced Scorecard perspectives and workflow.
KPI scorecards may combine operational, staffing, billing, compliance, and service-quality information. Screenshots in this public guide use demonstration or masked data. True Care System does not publicly disclose every formula, weighting rule, approval control, data-source mapping, or governance workflow. Advanced configuration and implementation procedures are provided directly to authorized Provider customers during training.
Purpose
The Manager KPI scorecard evaluates the selected manager using the Provider's approved KPI structure. It supports review of KPI ownership, assigned measures, targets, actual results, achievement, and final weighted score.
Balanced Scorecard Structure
The scorecard is divided into Financial, Customer, Internal Process, and Learning & Growth perspectives. Each KPI line can include a weight, owner department, assigned employee, target, actual result, achievement percentage, score, workflow status, performance status, actions, and detail view.

Manager Review
Manager evaluation should consider the KPI definition, data quality, assigned responsibility, reporting period, and external factors. The scorecard should support coaching, accountability, and leadership development rather than replace documented performance-management procedures.
