Release Documentation Requirements
Navigation and Layout
Record menu, dashboard, page layout, filtering, forms, and responsive-design changes.
Workflow Changes
Explain updates to scheduling, medications, BSS, authorizations, reports, KPI, payroll, billing, HIPAA, support, and administration.
Validation
Describe new required fields, warnings, state transitions, and readiness checks.
Provider Isolation
Highlight fixes or safeguards that prevent cross-Provider data, alerts, reports, or support visibility.
Accessibility and Usability
Document clearer labels, table alignment, responsive behavior, keyboard access, and error messaging.
