Purpose
The Release Notes module provides a professional, traceable record of True Care System changes across Web, API, Mobile, database, integrations, security, HIPAA, documentation, and Provider-facing workflows.
It helps Providers, investors, implementation partners, support personnel, auditors, QA, and internal teams understand what changed, why it changed, how it was validated, and whether any action is required.
