Privacy, HIPAA, and information-use notice
FAQ answers may reference PHI, workforce data, billing, payroll, authentication, support, or Provider configuration. Use minimum-necessary access, do not place sensitive values into public evidence, and follow approved Provider policies and roles.
Questions and Answers
Why can’t I sign in?
Confirm the email or username, password or verification code, account status, Provider assignment, network connection, and device time.
Why is a menu missing?
The menu may be restricted by role, permission, Provider scope, branch, location, employment status, or a recent role change that requires signing in again.
Who can create or deactivate users?
Authorized Provider administrators or other users with approved user-management permissions.
Can users belong to more than one role?
Yes, when approved by the Provider. Roles should still follow least privilege and separation of duties.
Why should passwords never be shared?
Shared credentials weaken accountability, expose PHI and financial data, and prevent reliable audit attribution.
