Privacy, HIPAA, and information-use notice
FAQ answers may reference PHI, workforce data, billing, payroll, authentication, support, or Provider configuration. Use minimum-necessary access, do not place sensitive values into public evidence, and follow approved Provider policies and roles.
Questions and Answers
Why can’t I see an Individual or employee?
Check Provider scope, status, branch, location, filters, date range, assignment, and role permission.
Should inactive records be deleted?
Usually no. Inactive status preserves history and relationships. Delete only when allowed, safe, and not referenced by schedules, visits, billing, payroll, or audit history.
What information must be complete before scheduling?
The required Individual, employee, service, authorization, assignment, status, and effective-date information must be valid.
Can one employee work in both office and DSP roles?
Yes. Time Keeping and visit-based work are separated by work type so hours can be calculated correctly and duplicate time can be avoided.
How does Provider isolation apply?
An authenticated Provider user should only access Individuals, employees, reports, alerts, and operational records within the authorized Provider scope.
