Questions and Answers

Why can’t a DSP be assigned to a shift?
Check active status, availability, overlap conflicts, service eligibility, authorization, location, and Provider scope.
What is a backup plan shift?
A backup plan shift is intentionally available without a final DSP assignment so eligible staff can be alerted and claim coverage.
Can a previous DSP claim a backup shift again?
Yes, when the shift is open and the employee remains eligible and conflict-free.
Why did a shift disappear from a DSP calendar?
The shift may have been reassigned, converted to backup coverage, cancelled, moved, or filtered out by date or status.
How are schedule changes communicated?
Authorized changes may generate Provider-scoped push notifications or alerts for reassignment, cancellation, backup availability, and other approved events.
