Questions and Answers
Who uses the Mobile App?
DSPs and other authorized mobile workforce users use it for schedules, EVV, notes, incidents, call-off requests, shift coverage, messages, BSS workflows, and profile features.
Why is GPS required?
GPS supports EVV evidence and Provider review of where check-in and check-out were recorded.
What is Start Unknown Visit?
It allows an authorized DSP to begin an eligible visit when the expected scheduled visit is not available, subject to Provider review and workflow rules.
What happens if connectivity is poor?
The app may retain certain actions for synchronization, but the user should restore connectivity as soon as possible and verify that the record was accepted.
How do employees receive office decisions?
Messages From Office displays announcements, call-off decisions, and other Provider communications when available.
Is Mobile EVV the same as office Time Keeping?
No. Mobile EVV records service visits. Time Keeping is for authorized office attendance and payroll approval workflows.
