What is Visit Maintenance used for?
It reviews visit execution against the planned schedule, including times, calls, GPS, exceptions, units, corrections, and readiness.
Can office staff change visit times?
Authorized users may make approved corrections with a documented reason and audit history.
What is a unit variance?
It means planned units and actual or billing units differ and require review.
What is Merge Visit?
It combines eligible completed visit segments for billing while preserving payroll segments and supporting auditability.
Why is GPS status unknown?
The Individual address, home coordinates, visit coordinates, or distance calculation may be incomplete.
What must be checked before billing?
Individual, DSP, visit, calls/GPS, correction, sequence, authorization, and service readiness must be reviewed.
