KPI • COMPARATIVE PERFORMANCE
KPI Ranking
Compare perspectives, departments, employees, strengths, movement, and at-risk KPI areas.
KPI scorecards may combine operational, staffing, billing, compliance, and service-quality information. Screenshots in this public guide use demonstration or masked data. True Care System does not publicly disclose every formula, weighting rule, approval control, data-source mapping, or governance workflow. Advanced configuration and implementation procedures are provided directly to authorized Provider customers during training.
Purpose
KPI Ranking provides a comparative view of performance across Balanced Scorecard perspectives, departments, and employees. It also highlights top-performing areas and KPIs that require review.
Ranking Areas
Perspective ranking
Compares the four Balanced Scorecard perspectives by score and movement.
Department ranking
Ranks departments and identifies the KPI contributing most strongly to each result.
Employee ranking
Compares employee scores, changes, roles, and performance strengths.
Risk ranking
Shows KPIs requiring leadership attention or corrective follow-up.
Interpretation
Rankings should be used as a management indicator, not as the sole basis for employment or disciplinary decisions. Leaders should review the underlying KPI definition, data source, target, trend, and approved scorecard before acting.
