Release Documentation Requirements
Version
Use a consistent versioning convention for Web, API, Mobile, documentation, and integrations.
Release Date
Record the production date and, when relevant, App Store or Google Play publication date.
Scope
Summarize major features, fixes, security changes, and affected modules.
Status
Distinguish Draft, QA, Approved, Deployed, Published, Superseded, or Rolled Back.
Archive
Keep prior release notes available for Provider support, audit, troubleshooting, and regression analysis.
Required Release Record
