House Management

Manage licensed residential homes, occupancy, residents, staffing, daily operations, compliance, and reporting from one coordinated workspace.

HIPAA, residential privacy, and proprietary workflow notice

House Management may display PHI, residential addresses, staffing assignments, medication-related readiness, behavior-support information, compliance findings, and operational alerts. Screenshots in this public guide use redacted or demonstration information. Certain residential controls, validation rules, staffing logic, corrective-action workflows, security controls, and Provider configuration are intentionally summarized and are trained directly for authorized Provider customers.

Regulatory scope

This documentation describes a True Care System workflow designed to support Pennsylvania Chapter 6400-style residential operations. It is not legal advice and does not replace the Provider's responsibility to follow current licensing requirements, individual plans, payer rules, fire-safety requirements, staffing plans, medication requirements, and any state-specific standards that apply to each home.

Purpose

House Management is the residential operations workspace for Providers supporting Individuals who live in licensed or Provider-managed homes on a 24-hour basis. It brings together house capacity, resident assignments, staffing coverage, daily operations, safety and compliance monitoring, and residential reporting in one coordinated system.

The module is designed for flexible residential models, including one-person homes and shared homes with two, three, four, or more residents when permitted by the applicable license, waiver, staffing plan, assessed need, building capacity, and state requirements.
